Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty. Within 24 hours, a 50% fee applies, charged automatically.

Outside the 24-hour window, cancellations convert your deposit to credit for future services or product purchases

Bookings require pre-payment or a current credit card on file. Without a card, pre-payment is mandatory. Card exp must be within date.
